INSTRUCTIONS: Lift grate and place fabric of product entirely over the opening. Gently place the grate back over the drain, ensuring that the grate is "pinching" the fabric in order to keep it in place.

Product can be reused by removing the trash/debris from the basin. Should a heavy stormwater event occur, resulting in the fabric being saturated with hydrocarbons or other contaminants, it is recommended to replace the witch hat rather then attempting to reuse it.
