How do I get payment terms? (Net 30 account)
To set up payment terms with us, businesses operating within Canada can fill out our Canadian business credit application. You can find the PDF under "Resources" on the contact page. Net 30 account holders can make payments by cheque or credit card within 30 days of receiving their order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can. However, you need to call/email the order in. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup
Do you offer samples?
We can absolutely provide you with a sample on most products. To request a sample simply contact us from the "general inquiry" form. Please include the SKU, contact name, and shipping address in your message.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will refund you an amount equal to 100% of your order dollar amount. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with our return & refund policy. You can find it on our terms & conditions page.
I need a large amount of a certain product or products, can I get a discount?
We offer volume discounts on basically all of our products. There are two ways in which you can obtain bulk pricing.
