Due to the nature of the industrial and environmental products we sell, returns are subject to the following conditions.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

in their original sealed packaging

in resalable condition

accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Any item that has been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from its original packaging is not eligible for return. This policy helps ensure product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale unless defective or shipped in error:

This includes products such as spill kits, absorbents, containment booms, leak diverters, drain protection products, and other environmental safety supplies once opened.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the order becomes subject to this Return Policy.
