Our typical demographic is professional adults staying 2-14 nights, pet-free, and non-smokers. You would rent to us just like any other tenant.

Can I run a credit check?
This is a business rental, and I am happy to send you my EIN in addition to my references. I will not be renting the property personally; our business will rent to various short-term clients, so it would be inappropriate for you to check my credit in this situation. Our previous and current landlords have all given very positive reviews of our operations and will provide references for our business activities.
Will my property be listed on Airbnb?
Our client base does network with rental applications such as Airbnb to maximize opportunities for renters. We assure our property owners that all our principles stay the same with rentals through digital mediums. The treatment of your property is with the utmost respect. Only reputable tenants will fill the vacancies. We do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings on your property. We do advise nightly rates that we advertise are subject to change.
