  • How do I get payment terms? (Net 30 account)
    To set up payment terms with us, businesses operating within Canada can fill out our Canadian business credit application. Please see "Become a Net 30 Account holder" under the "Resources" section on our "contact" page for more information. Net 30 account holders can make payments by cheque, credit card, or e-transfer within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will refund you an amount equal to 100% of your order dollar amount. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with our return & refund policy. You can find it on our terms & conditions page.
  • Do you offer samples?
    We can absolutely provide you with a sample on most products. To request a sample simply contact us from the "general inquiry" form. Please include the SKU, contact name, and shipping address in your message.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Yes you can. Just choose "customer carrier" at checkout. Please be sure to wait for notification from us that your order is ready for pickup before coming to pick up your order or before dispatching your shipping company.
